Big Way Translations will render its translation services under strict confidentiality, making all possible efforts to protect their clients’ personal and private information.
The translation services will be performed in accordance with the scope, delivery time, and further specifications established in the Service Order to be issued, after being accepted by Client.
The Client will send the documents to be translated in a digital format, being Client’s responsibility that the information in such documents is complete and legible, because the translation is limited to the information that can be clearly read on those documents.
The Client will make the payment for the service as provided in the corresponding Service Order to be issued.
Neither Big Way Translations nor the Client will be considered in default of their contractual obligations in as much their performance is blocked or prevented by force majeure reasons. An event of force majeure is an unforeseen and unavoidable occurrence that, taking place without the fault or negligence of the party alleging it, could not be avoided or prevented by such party despite acting with reasonable diligence. The party alleging the force majeure (i) shall immediately notify the other party; (ii) will try by all means to repair the cause of default; (iii) will fulfill all their obligations as soon as the force majeure cause disappears, being the other party released of their contractual obligations until the moment those causes disappear.
